Carry our number when going on vacation

Many families enjoy packing up the car and hitting the open road during vacation. But what if there's an accident along the way? Take some tips from your agent so you can handle the situation:

1. Call us,even if you're hundreds of miles from home. As your agent we know the details of your auto insurance policy and can give you the best advice on your coverage.
   
2. Keep our phone number and your policy number in the glove compartment, whether heading out for a long trip or a short hop across town.
   
3. If you can't reach us, check a phone book for your insurance company's nearest claims office. Most companies offer a way to contact an adjuster even at night or on weekends.
   
4. If there isn't a local office listed, call the nearest local agent. They should be able to assist you.
   
5. In most cases, a claims representative will promptly begin the claim adjustment process.
